Summary
This study tested a new medicine, BI 764198, in 67 adults with a kidney disease called FSGS. The goal was to see if the drug could reduce protein in the urine, a sign of kidney damage. Participants took either the drug or a placebo daily for 12 weeks. The results help researchers understand if this medicine might control the disease, but it is not a cure.
