Summary
This study looks at how a single dose of the experimental drug BI 1291583 behaves in the blood of people with and without liver problems. The drug is being developed for bronchiectasis, a chronic lung disease. About 32 adults aged 18–80 will take part, divided into groups based on liver function. The goal is to see if liver impairment changes drug levels, which helps doctors decide on safe dosing.
