Summary

This is the first time a new drug called BGB-45035 is being tested in people. The main goal is to check if it is safe and how the body processes it. The study will first give the drug to healthy volunteers at different doses. Later, a small group of adults with itchy skin conditions like eczema and prurigo nodularis will also receive it to see how they tolerate it.
