Summary
This study is testing a new, more detailed health check designed specifically for older adults being evaluated for a kidney transplant. Researchers want to see if adding this 45-60 minute check to the standard assessment is practical and acceptable for patients and doctors. The study will also look at whether this extra information helps improve decisions about who gets listed for a transplant and affects patients' quality of life and frailty.
