Summary
This study tested whether a 6-month exercise program (strength, coordination, and endurance training twice a week) helps older adults in retirement homes maintain or improve their mobility and balance. 404 residents from 20 retirement homes took part. The goal was to see if the program could help them stay independent and reduce falls.
