First seen May 12, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding kinesiotaping (a special elastic tape) to prenatal stretching exercises can reduce low back pain, improve movement, and enhance quality of life in pregnant women. About 34 women between 20-34 weeks pregnant and aged 18-35 will take part. They will be split into two groups: one does stretching alone, the other does stretching plus taping. The goal is to find a simple, drug-free way to manage a common pregnancy complaint.
