New combo therapy shows promise for tough lung cancer

Summary
This study tests a new combination of drugs (berzosertib, carboplatin, gemcitabine, and pembrolizumab) in people with advanced squamous non-small cell lung cancer who have not had chemotherapy before. The goal is to find the best dose and see if the combination helps control the cancer longer than standard treatment. The study is for 12 participants with stage IV disease.
