Summary
This study tests a new drug called BCD-261 in 204 adults with moderate to severe active Crohn's disease who haven't improved with standard treatments. Participants receive either a low, medium, or high dose of BCD-261 or a placebo by injection. The goal is to see if the drug can reduce symptoms and heal the gut lining.
