First seen Apr 03, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a four-week program called Brief Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (BBTi) can improve sleep and reduce stress in people aged 40 and older with chronic insomnia. About 80 participants will track their sleep, anxiety, and stress levels using questionnaires and heart rate monitoring. The goal is to see if this short, non-drug approach can make a real difference in sleep quality and overall well-being.
