Summary
This study tests a new drug called BBO-11818 in people with advanced cancers that have a KRAS mutation, including lung, pancreatic, and colorectal cancers. The main goals are to check the drug's safety and find the best dose, often given with other cancer treatments. About 387 adults will take part in this early-phase trial.
