Summary
This study looks at whether giving tranexamic acid (TXA) during weight-loss surgery can reduce dangerous bleeding. About 1000 patients will be followed to see if TXA lowers the need for blood transfusions or repeat surgeries. The goal is to make bariatric surgery safer and speed up recovery.
