Balloon blowing may ease breathing in obese kids

Summary

This study tests whether blowing balloons can improve lung function and reduce shortness of breath in obese children aged 6 to 12. Thirty-eight kids will either blow balloons or do a simple running exercise. Researchers will measure changes in breathing capacity to see if this fun activity helps.
