Summary

This study tested a new therapy for people with partial spinal cord injuries who have trouble standing. The therapy combines two types of electrical stimulation with a balance training game. 17 participants completed 12 sessions over 4 weeks. The goal was to improve balance and strengthen brain-to-muscle connections, which could help reduce falls.
