Summary
This study tests whether adding special balance platform exercises to standard physical therapy can improve pain, balance, and daily function in people with knee osteoarthritis. About 36 adults aged 45-65 with moderate knee arthritis will be randomly assigned to either standard therapy alone or standard therapy plus balance training. Researchers will measure pain, balance, and fear of falling before and after treatment.
