First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This small pilot study looked at whether people with eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) triggered by milk can safely eat baked milk without causing inflammation. Seven participants followed a 6-week diet including baked milk, and researchers checked for signs of remission using a less invasive sponge test. The goal was to find a tolerable amount of straight milk and improve dietary options.
