Summary
This study tested whether adding Baduanjin, a gentle mind-body exercise, to standard physical therapy helps older adults with Parkinson's disease. 27 people in a nursing home took part, doing either standard therapy or standard therapy plus Baduanjin for 12 weeks. Researchers measured balance, walking, and motor symptoms to see if the exercise group improved more.
