Summary
This study looks at whether Baduanjin, a gentle traditional Chinese exercise, can help office workers with long-term low back pain. Thirty participants will either practice Baduanjin for eight weeks or receive no special treatment. Researchers will measure changes in pain, balance, and daily function to see if this safe, low-cost exercise is a useful non-drug option for back pain.
