Gentle exercise may ease office Workers' back pain without drugs

Summary

This study looks at whether Baduanjin, a slow and gentle traditional Chinese exercise, can reduce chronic low back pain and improve daily function in office workers who sit for long hours. Thirty participants will either practice Baduanjin for eight weeks or receive no special treatment. Researchers will measure pain, balance, posture, and mobility before and after the program.
