New spinning tool may better clean infected baby teeth than hand filing

Summary
This study tests whether a new spinning file system removes more bacteria from infected baby teeth than traditional hand tools. About 34 children aged 4 to 6 with a painful tooth infection will be treated. The main goal is to see which method leaves fewer germs behind after cleaning the tooth's inner canals.
