Summary
This early study tests whether adding the drug azeliragon to standard chemoradiotherapy can help the immune system fight glioblastoma, an aggressive brain cancer. About 12 adults with newly diagnosed glioblastoma will receive either standard treatment or standard treatment plus azeliragon before a second surgery. Researchers will compare immune cells in tumor tissue to see if the combination reduces cancer-fighting suppression.
