First seen Mar 11, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This early-phase trial tests whether adding the drug AZD1390 to standard radiation can help people with a fast-growing brain tumor called glioblastoma. About 97 participants with either new or returning tumors will receive the drug before and during radiation. The study first checks how much drug reaches the tumor, then tracks how long the cancer stays under control.
