Summary

This study is testing whether a drug called axelopran can help control advanced cancers of the lung, breast, pancreas, and prostate in patients who are taking opioid pain medication. Researchers want to see if the drug can slow tumor growth, improve bowel function, and reduce inflammation. Participants will take the oral drug daily for up to a year while doctors monitor their cancer with scans and blood tests.
