NCT ID NCT07422532

First seen Feb 21, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study tests whether an automated insulin delivery system (a smart pump that adjusts insulin automatically) can improve blood sugar control and quality of life in people with type 2 diabetes who are on kidney dialysis. About 84 participants will be randomly assigned to either the automated system or usual care with a continuous glucose monitor. The goal is to see if the technology can reduce dangerous blood sugar swings and make daily management easier.
