NCT ID NCT07395089

First seen Feb 14, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a newer, gentler heart procedure called pulse-field ablation (PFA) can reverse harmful changes in the heart's upper chambers caused by atrial fibrillation. Researchers will compare CT scans taken before and 3 months after the procedure in 200 adults. The goal is to understand how PFA affects heart structure, which could improve future treatments.
