Summary
This early study tests a combination therapy called ATLAS in 10 people with leg pain from narrowed leg arteries. The goal is to see if it boosts a blood chemical that improves blood flow and helps people walk longer without pain. Participants must stop certain erectile dysfunction and heart medications during the study.
