First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tests whether taking low-dose aspirin can prevent dangerous blood clots in people with advanced germ cell tumors (including testicular cancer) who are receiving standard chemotherapy. About 35 participants will take aspirin daily for 26 weeks. The goal is to see if aspirin reduces clot risk compared to historical data, while monitoring for bleeding side effects.
