Summary

This study looks at whether taking a daily aspirin can reduce the risk of colorectal cancer in people who have already had precancerous polyps removed. About 180 adults aged 18 to 80 who had a colonoscopy in the last 9 months are taking part. Researchers are measuring certain chemicals in the body that are linked to inflammation and cancer risk.
