Summary

This study looked at whether people with chronic pain and opioid use disorder would do art on their own at home, and if it helped their pain and mood. 31 adults tried self-directed artmaking up to four times. Researchers measured how many people stuck with it and whether anxiety, depression, and social connection improved.
