Summary
This study will test whether a daily aromatherapy massage, combined with a sensory stimulation program, can improve cognitive function in intensive care patients with brain injuries. Sixty adults on ventilators or oxygen will be randomly assigned to receive the treatment from a family member, a nurse, or standard care. The goal is to see if this gentle approach can help patients become more aware and responsive.
