Summary
This study tests a device called the ARC-IM System, which is surgically implanted to help manage blood pressure instability in people with chronic spinal cord injury. The trial will enroll 60 adults who experience drops in blood pressure when sitting up. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive active therapy or a sham treatment for 3 months, after which everyone can receive the active therapy. The goal is to see if the device can safely reduce symptoms and improve blood pressure control.
