First seen Apr 02, 2026 · Last updated May 11, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study compares two types of physical therapy—one done in water and one on land—to see which better reduces pain and improves daily function in people with knee osteoarthritis. About 66 adults aged 40 to 65 with knee arthritis will be assigned to one of the two groups. Both groups will receive a technique called Mulligan mobilization, which involves gentle joint movement to improve motion and reduce discomfort.
