Summary
This study looks at how often antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) occurs in people aged 65 and older who have had a stroke or mini-stroke. Researchers will test blood for specific antibodies linked to APS, including some newer ones not yet standard. The goal is to better understand APS in older adults and improve diagnosis and treatment.
