Can a phone app help people on methadone stay clean and in treatment?

Summary
This study tests whether a smartphone app can help people who are already on methadone for opioid use disorder also reduce their use of cocaine and opioids. About 240 adults who use both opioids and cocaine will either get standard methadone treatment or standard treatment plus the app. The app asks for random drug tests and gives money rewards for negative results, aiming to keep people in treatment longer and improve their quality of life.
