Your phone could help spot early signs of dementia and Parkinson's
NCT ID NCT06450418
Summary
This study is testing a smartphone app that records and analyzes speech to help detect and monitor neurodegenerative diseases like dementia, Parkinson's, multiple sclerosis, and motor neuron disease. Researchers will enroll 150 people, including those with these conditions and healthy volunteers, to see if changes in speech can serve as a digital tool for diagnosis and tracking. The goal is to create a new, accessible way to monitor brain health.
