Summary
This study is testing if a smartphone app can help detect and monitor brain diseases like dementia, Parkinson's, multiple sclerosis, and motor neuron disease by analyzing changes in a person's speech. Researchers will compare speech recordings from 150 people with these conditions to recordings from healthy volunteers. The goal is to see if the app can provide a new, easy way to track these diseases.
