App-Approved: new study tests if your phone can cure back pain

Summary

This study looks at whether a mobile app can help people with common pains (neck, shoulder, back, or knee) stick to their home exercise routines. Thirty adults will be split into two groups: one using the app and one doing traditional exercises. The goal is to see if the app reduces pain and improves function over 4 weeks.
