Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs—apatinib and liposomal irinotecan—in people with advanced osteosarcoma (bone cancer) that has spread or come back after standard treatments. The goal is to find the safest and most effective dose and see if the combo can shrink tumors or slow the disease. About 56 participants will take part in this early-phase trial.
