Summary

This study tests whether adding AP-472 to standard levodopa treatment can reduce the daily time when Parkinson's symptoms return (OFF time) in people with motor fluctuations. About 150 adults aged 30-80 with mild to moderate Parkinson's will take either a low dose, high dose, or placebo for 8 weeks. Neither participants nor doctors know who gets the real drug.
