NCT ID NCT02548546

First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 26, 2026

Summary

This Mayo Clinic study is testing two new imaging techniques to measure the strength and flexibility of the aorta in people with and without aneurysms. Researchers will use ultrasound and MRI to find areas of high stress in the vessel wall. The goal is to see if these methods are practical for routine use. About 30 adults will take part.
