Summary

This study interviews 30 adults with generalized anxiety, social anxiety, or PTSD who previously took part in a trial comparing two therapies: metacognitive therapy (MCT) and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). The goal is to understand what participants liked or disliked about each treatment, to help doctors offer better care. No new treatment is given—only interviews about their experiences.
