Summary
This study tests whether two anti-inflammatory medications, celecoxib or minocycline, can reduce depression symptoms in adults with major depressive disorder or bipolar depression. About 42 participants will take one of the drugs for 8 weeks and have their depression levels measured before and after. The goal is to see if these drugs offer a new way to ease depression.
