This study will follow 83 adults with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) at Assiut University Hospitals in Egypt to see if anemia can predict worse outcomes like hospitalizations. Anemia is common in IBD, but its role as a predictor is not well studied in this population. Researchers will track hospitalization rates and other outcomes to see if low hemoglobin levels signal a more severe disease course.
