Summary

This study tests whether two medications, amitriptyline and trifluoperazine, can reduce stomach symptoms like pain, fullness, and burning in people with functional dyspepsia. About 120 adults will take one of the drugs or standard treatment for 8 weeks, then be followed for 4 more weeks. The goal is to see if these drugs improve symptoms and are safe.
