Summary
This study tests a new treatment that uses a radioactive substance (lead-212) to target and destroy cancer cells in people with advanced solid tumors like pancreatic, stomach, and ovarian cancer. The treatment is guided by imaging to ensure it reaches the right cells. The goal is to control the disease and slow its growth, not to cure it. Participants must have tumors that have not responded to standard therapies.
