Targeted radiation zaps Hard-to-Treat cancers in early trial
NCT ID NCT06710756
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study tests a new treatment that delivers a powerful, short-range radioactive particle directly to cancer cells that have a protein called FAP on their surface. The therapy is given in two steps: first a low-dose imaging version to see if the tumor takes up the drug, then a higher-dose treatment version. It is for people with advanced solid tumors (like pancreatic, stomach, or ovarian cancer) that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check safety and find the best dose.
