Summary

This study is observing about 90 adults with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) who are taking the drug acalabrutinib as part of their normal care in Russia. Researchers are collecting data from medical records to see how long patients live without their cancer getting worse and what side effects occur. The goal is to understand how well the drug works in real-world settings, outside of controlled clinical trials.
