Summary
This Phase 2 trial tests whether giving human albumin directly into the artery supplying the brain, right after a clot is removed, can improve recovery in people with severe stroke. About 306 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either standard clot removal alone or clot removal plus albumin. The goal is to see if albumin helps more patients regain independence three months later.
