Summary

This study tests a smartphone-based tool called iMatter2 that uses artificial intelligence to help people with type 2 diabetes track their symptoms and communicate with their doctors. About 353 adults with uncontrolled diabetes will use the tool or receive usual care for 12 months. The main goal is to see if the tool helps lower blood sugar levels (HbA1c).
