Summary

This study tests whether an AI-based smartphone app can improve recovery for 106 adults who had hip or knee replacement or hip fracture surgery. One group uses the app for 12 weeks of home exercises with real-time posture feedback, while the other follows the same exercises from a paper booklet. The goal is to see if the app helps people walk better, have less pain, and regain function more effectively than standard instructions.
