Summary

This study tests whether artificial intelligence can predict the best treatment for each person with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), and whether a smartphone app helps people stick with mouth and throat exercises. Researchers will use data from 300 adults to develop and validate the AI model. The goal is to make sleep apnea care more personalized and effective.
