Summary

This study tests whether artificial intelligence can predict the best treatment for each person with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). It also checks if a smartphone app helps people stick with mouth and throat exercises. About 300 adults with OSA will be assigned to CPAP, surgery, or exercises based on AI recommendations, and their progress will be tracked for 12 weeks.
