NCT ID NCT06615609
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether an AI-powered smartphone app, called 'Smart family doctor,' can help people who have had heart bypass surgery or stents better control their blood pressure, diabetes, and cholesterol. About 536 adults who already have these conditions will use the app to track their health and receive guidance. The goal is to see if the app helps more patients reach healthy targets for these three conditions compared to standard care.
