First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study is testing whether a daily supplement called AGZ can help adults aged 25-59 who have trouble sleeping feel more relaxed in the evening, sleep better, and have more energy in the morning. About 300 people will take AGZ or a placebo for 30 days and answer questionnaires about their sleep and stress. The goal is to see if AGZ improves sleep quality and relaxation without using prescription sleep aids.
